ASPRIMA and Planner Exhibitions organise the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards every year, coinciding with SIMA. The awards are a benchmark for public recognition of the best initiatives in the real estate sector.
In this 20th edition in 2023, two projects in which TYPSA has played an outstanding role have been recognised.
In the category of Best Urban Regeneration Project, the award went to the “Logroño Railway Integration”. TYPSA participates in this award along with developers, architects, partners and builders for its contribution to the construction supervision in all phases, including the construction of the new railroad station, the new bus station, the large dome and the Felipe VI park.
In the category of Best Non-Residential Real Estate Development, the award went to “Torre Caleido”. TYPSA participates in this award together with developers, architects and builders for its work in Due Diligence, project and site monitoring and on-site technical assistance.
