A 3.8 km long elevated express dual carriageway viaduct over Santa Rosa Avenue.

Improvement of the current road over a length of 3.9 km.

Traffic junctions with Oscar R. Benavides, Argentina and Pérez Salmón Avenues, and a new connection with Santa Rosa Avenue and the Jorge Chávez International Airport.

Traffic reorganisation in the vicinity and total redevelopment of the area to relieve congestion and improve access to Lima and the airport.

The project will be carried out under the Government-Government agreements between Peru and France.

Detailed design: Head of project, structures, geology and geotechnics, layout, hydrology and drainage, development and landscaping, MEP, implementation plan, signage and, road safety.

Operation and maintenance study.
