Key facts

4 solar photovoltaic plants: Sendim (120 MWp), Riodades (60 MWp), Senhora da Póvoa (50 MWp) and Benespera (24 MWp), with a combined installed capacity of 254 MWp, developed to hybridise existing operational wind farms.

The projects involve the adaptation of existing electrical infrastructure and the development of new grid connection facilities, including step-up substations, to maximise the use of existing grid infrastructure and connection capacity.

Services

Site assessments and hydrological studies; basic engineering design and definition of technical specifications; energy yield assessments, CAPEX and OPEX estimates; preparation of tender documentation and support during the evaluation of bidders’ proposals and EPC contract negotiations.

During the construction phase, review of the EPC contractor’s detailed engineering design and construction supervision to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory and operational requirements.
