Widening the railway from two to four tracks from Park West Station to Heuston and associated structural works to bridges supporting the track.

Multi-disciplinary consultancy services for the expansion of the line. Project management, preliminary design of the line upgrade (civil works, electrification, signaling and telecoms), environmental assessment, preparation of the Railway Order in accordance with Transport Legislation and application for the issuance of safety certificate.
