Freight Terminal at Immingham Port

Key facts

Located on the coast of the North Sea, on the southern bank of the Humber estuary, it is the largest port in the United Kingdom.

The new freight terminal is designed to optimise operational performance, reduce congestion and support the long-term sustainable development of the port.

New ro-ro terminal:

– Sea side: New dock and its associated infrastructure, an access jetty, a pipeline bridge and an access ramp.

– Land side: parking lots, buildings, roads and a bridge over an existing railway line.
