The International Association of Public Transport, UITP, organises every year one of the most prestigious international fairs in the sustainable mobility and public transport sector. The event brings together authorities, industry operators, companies and international organisations from all modes of public transport. In this year’s edition, which took place between 16th and 18th June, TYPSA participated as a co-exhibitor of the ICEX in the Spain Pavilion, and held meetings with transport authorities, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, and providers of technological services. Participating in this fair has allowed us to close interesting collaboration agreements and to learn first-hand about the latest technology developments in sustainable mobility worldwide.
In addition, our presence at UITP reinforces the TYPSA Group’s commitment to the development of innovative solutions that contribute to improving urban mobility, reducing the carbon footprint and promoting digitalisation in public transport. These types of international meetings are a strategic opportunity to exchange experiences, anticipate global trends and consolidate the role of TYPSA as a key partner in the design and implementation of sustainable transport infrastructures around the world.
