The 26th edition of the Project Management, Construction and Engineering Forum – PROJECT 2025, organised by Cesine Jornadas and the magazine Metros², took place in Madrid in September 2025. The Forum brings together the main real estate leaders and companies to analyse current events and developments in the sector, including project management, construction and engineering.
The key factors to successful projects in all segments of the market, including residential, office, hospitality, retail, logistics, data centres, industrial, hospital, and public infrastructure, were addressed, and ideas shared on the perspectives of the sector and the challenges that arise in the Spanish market.
TYPSA had an outstanding participation with the presentation “Cost Management to Ensure Project Viability” by Sandy Tamraz of the Project Management Division. Sandy emphasised the importance of preparing real budgets, which consider possible contingencies and risks, with special attention to cost overruns and the implementation of value engineering. She also analysed how to manage costs at all stages of the project, from start to financial closure, to ensure viability and objective fulfilment.
Finally, she presented several projects in which TYPSA stood out for effective cost management, explaining how to apply artificial intelligence in this area.
