Gestioma Consultores S.L. with almost 5 years of experience, specialising in the comprehensive digitisation of civil infrastructures with BIM methodology and Virtual Design and Construction technologies (VDC), became part of the TYPSA Group in December 2023.
Gestioma’s value proposition is founded on the use of BIM methodology across the entire lifecycle of assets: from VDC to operation and maintenance.
One of the company’s key differentiators is its mastery in processing point clouds from any source, as well as its deep knowledge of the IFC format. Thanks to such expertise in these fields, Gestioma generates high-precision three-dimensional models that are seamlessly integrated into digital environments.
In addition to its BIM consulting services, the team has a unit focused on the development of ad-hoc solutions that serve different lines such as the use of web viewers with multiple applications which include GOLID, connection with real-time data (IoT sensors, SCADA systems and GIS platforms), support in the creation of parameterised models, etc.
Gestioma maintains its name within the Group, as well as its organisational structure and headquarters in Erandio (Bizkaia) and continues with the leadership team responsible for its past growth: CEO, Víctor José García Martín and technical director, David Perosanz Cilleruelo.
The addition of Gestioma to the TYPSA Group generates immediate synergies: expanding the geographical and sectoral reach of its solutions, multiplying collaborative R&D capacity and facilitating the implementation of its solutions in the Group’s international projects. The incorporation also reinforces the common commitment to digital transformation, operational efficiency and the sustainability of infrastructures.
With this integration, the TYPSA Group consolidates a technological hub capable of leading the digitalisation of the sector and offering public and private customers a value proposition based on innovation, data management and technical excellence. Meanwhile, Gestioma Consultores accelerates growth, bringing its digital twin and intelligent maintenance solutions to an increasing number of complex and large-scale projects.
