Puno plant, the largest of the plants, is located at an altitude of 3,812 m and has an average flow of 400 l/s, with activated sludge treatment for biological nitrogen removal, chemical reduction of phosphorus and final effluent disinfection.

2 sub-lake effluent pipelines for Puno and Juli plants, with a total length of 2,700 m, to discharge treated water into the lake.

4 surface effluent pipelines for Juliaca, Ayaviri, Ilave and Moho plants, with a total length of 6,350 m, to discharge water into the lake basin.
