Key facts

The new Loi 130 project will cover a gross floor area of 242,000 m²

The project includes two high-rise buildings (one of them will be the highest tower in Belgium)

The offices will accommodate at least 5,250 people, two childcare centres, a Visitor Centre to welcome 345,000 people per year, 3,000 m² of restaurants and shops as well as public spaces with green areas.

The project will also include a new entrance to the Maelbeek metro station.

Great challenge in terms of sustainability and innovative engineering and architectural solutions. The construction stage will limit its emissions up to 50% and the new buildings will reduce their energy consumption by 70%.
