What we do

DIGITAL TWINS

The TYPSA Group, through its technological subsidiary TYPSA Digital Solutions (TDS), leads the development and implementation of digital twins applied to assets in the AECO sector. Our experience in BIM environments, together with the integration of sensorisation, IoT, and reality capture tools, allow us to create accurate and dynamic virtual representations that link digital models with the actual behaviour of the assets, creating a solid base to optimise management, operation and maintenance of the infrastructures.

These digital twins accompany the project from the initial stages of design and construction, providing value in planning, technical coordination, and project management. Throughout this stage, it allows for anticipating decisions, detecting interferences, and ensuring traceability. It is during the operation and maintenance phase that this model evolves and becomes a digital twin, by integrating with real data. From that moment on, a dynamic connection is established between the physical asset and its digital replica, enabling continuous monitoring, the application of predictive maintenance strategies, and informed decision-making based on updated and contextualised information.

To strengthen this strategy, TDS integrates advanced reality capture technologies which allow point cloud generation which are accurate and updated from the physical environment. This digital base also uses interactive and immersive visualisation environments that enhance technical understanding, strengthening information traceability and facilitating collaboration among the various stakeholders.

In this ecosystem, TDS is supported by other TYPSA Group companies. Gestióma and Rauros bring their specialisation in geospatial digitisation and the development of solutions for intelligent management. Teknes and Intemac bring expertise in inspection, upgrading and instrumentation. The multidisciplinary capabilities of the TYPSA Group itself in engineering and architecture complement these areas, enabling a solid approach to simulation, analysis, and improvement proposals for any type of asset.
