Detailed design developed by TYPSA in 2010 in collaboration with Professor Javier Manterola.

Bridge for the Madrid-Lisbon high-speed railway line. Concrete deck arch bridge, 1,488 m long and 324 m main span.

Auscultation during the construction of key parameters: tension forces, accelerations, movements, etc.

Later, during its commissioning, several accelerometers and temperature sensors were placed on the desk to determine its dynamic parameters, along with a line of levelling points to verify the deck´s horizontality. A photovoltaic system was installed to power the equipment, which transmitted the most significant structural behaviour data of the bridge via the web.
