What we do

MONITORING AND STRUCTURAL INSTRUMENTATION CONSULTANCY

The TYPSA Group, through its subsidiary INTEMAC, offers specialised services gathering and analysing structural data, combining quality control, advanced instrumentation and technical interpretation to ensure the safety and durability of key infrastructures.

Using sensorised technologies, IoT systems and advanced electronics, for real-time monitoring of fissures, vibrations, displacements and meteorological and geotechnical parameters.

This continuous monitoring makes it possible to detect early deviations, generate automatic alerts as well as reliable information for technical decision-making.

INTEMAC’s experience encompasses both monitoring during the construction phase and the monitoring of structures in service, ensuring that the expected behaviours conform to the real ones and allowing possible deviations to be corrected before they become critical problems. Thanks to the addition of Teknés Innovación, the subsidiary has its own instrumentation and telecommunications solutions that guarantee maximum reliability in obtaining data.

The use of platforms such as GOLID and the GESTIOMA experience make it possible to integrate information from thousands of sensors into digital environments that feed virtual twins of critical structures. This facilitates not only the detection of incidents, but also the historical record and traceability of structural behaviour, offering a solid basis for strengthening safety and extending the useful life of assets.
