These capabilities have enabled TYPSA to support its clients through the certification processes for their projects, notably securing the first Envision certification in Latin America for the Corredor de las Flores in Xochi, Guatemala. Obtaining this certification was one of the requirements for accessing international funding for the project, in this case from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The second good practice highlighted was the\u00a0GEOdana\u00a0innovation and development project, which arose from a commitment to reconstruction and the prevention of disasters caused by extreme weather events in urban areas following the flooding (Dana) in Valencia in October 2024.
