TYPSA first opened an office in A Coruna in 2005, and now boasts nearly 20 years of presence in the region. The initial office was established through an important contract to provide construction supervision for the outer port expansion works in Punta Langosteira.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past 20 years, the growth of the Regional Office has necessitated two office relocations. The current office, occupied by the regional team for five years since 2019, mark the third site.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In April 2024, the rental contract for the current office terminates and the property landlord has opted to not extend the lease further, with the intention of selling the property. In response, TYPSA has reached an agreement to purchase the premises, considering their suitability for its activities in the autonomous community of Galicia and Asturias, and recognising the economic advantages in owning its own offices, given the progressive increase in the office rental rates in A Coruna.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The acquired property is located in the municipality of Culleredo, bordering the capital district, with excellent connectivity to both the city centre and the airport. Situated on the first floor of a building next to the Burgo estuary, the premises overlook a beautiful pathway and a large public green area. Although the area is primarily residential, parking is not a problem and traffic congestion is minimal, even at peak times.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The office floor has 218 m\u00b2 of usable space, with a 17 m main fa\u00e7ade overlooking the estuary and a 16 m side fa\u00e7ade looking on to a pedestrian street. The premises includes a spacious reception area, four offices, a meeting room, and an open-space work area, as well as a storage room and two toilets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, the regional office of Galicia-Asturias consists of a team of 15 people, although some work on construction sites, which allows for increased office occupancy.
