Therefore, legislation on the criminal liability of companies for corruption offences is being tightened, and in the commercial field, the presentation of certificates proving that the company has a solid integrity system, is being evaluated as part of the technical score of tenders.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Based on the above, the decision was made to go one step further in the consolidation of the Integrity Management System of the Peruvian branch, and work towards obtaining the certification in 2023. On this occasion, the Austrian certifier of origin TUV was used, given its regional presence and recognition by the country&#8217;s bidding authorities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The audit, which took place in person in the Lima office, was attended by the Integrity Coordinator and the Director of the Integrated Management System of Peru, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance of TYPSA.
