Today, more than ever before, engineers face huge challenges in a permanently changing world. We need to provide innovative, flexible, and transversal solutions, working in multidisciplinary teams and in collaborative working environments.<\/p>\n
TYPSA\u2019s teams include many of Spain\u2019s leading women engineers, who are helping to share our sector\u2019s extensive body of knowledge through projects in Europe and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n
I strongly encourage our young women to study Engineering. Engineering is knowledge, work, creation, intuition, and excitement. We need more women in engineering to bring a different vision; to reflect a diverse society and seek appropriate solutions. Women cannot let the future be designed without them.<\/p>\n
