ventilation, safety, energy strategy and fluid dynamics and the durability of materials.<\/p><ul><li>Analysing the design brief, assessing alternatives for optimum implementation.<\/li><li>Evaluating the condition of historic buildings defining the scope and actions required.<\/li><li>Defining strategies and techniques to increase security and space efficiency, reduce energy consumption and to improve the building\u2019s life-cycle and the consequent return on investment and profitability.<\/li><li>Assisting public bodies in all asset phases, from <em>due diligence<\/em>, analysis and
