The activity of the Urban Development division focuses on the analysis and lay out of land planning; and on the study, proposal and development of the required urban infrastructures, including works management and execution control, always considering, besides the geographical positioning and its physical determining factors, the socioeconomic reality scope of the surveyed area and favoring sustainable development.

El Cañaveral

Urban development of 538 Ha in Southeastern Madrid for residential (14.000 homes), industrial and tertiary purposes.
TYPSA, that drafted the urbanization design, has been commissioned by the Compensation Board to carry out the project management of works, execution control, technical assistance to management, security and health coordination efforts, and economic and planning control.

Tennis Sports Center at Manzanares Park. Caja Mágica

Sports facilities for tennis and other uses, designed by Dominique Perrault, in a plot of 17 Ha within Madrid’s Manzanares Park, with a built area of 95.000 m2.

TYPSA has developed the basic and final designs as commissioned by Dominique Perrault and is involved in the project management of the works and in security and health coordination efforts.
